It will be my third year exhibiting my work in the Cafe at the Speybay Whale and Dolphin Centre.
I am a big supporter of wildlife and conservation charities so it is nice to know that commission from any sold work goes to a good cause.
The Whale and Dolphin Centre is a popular tourist attraction with it's dedication to our precious marine life, expanse of wonderful pebble beach and enjoyable walks.
My eclectic mix of artwork is on show throughout July and am grateful for the opportunity to express my emotions, connections with nature and the dramatic wild spaces of the beautiful Highlands.
A wonderful project where my own little boat will be sailing along with hundreds of others in their sea of peace.

As a member of the Burghead Art Club, three pieces of my work were on show from 24th November to 1st December.
Burghead beach is one of my favourite places to walk, sketch and paint. A wonderful seaside village full of Pictish history; Ancient history being another passion of mine.
If you would like to join the Burghead art club, I can give you the details for who to contact.
A piece of my abstract artwork "Emerge" was on show, along with other members of our art club in Inverness. The exhibition was at the Art College in Inverness.
Always inspired by nature, "Emerge" represents the natural changes of rock surfaces over time. Gesso and Acrylic.
If you are in the Inverness area and wish to join a friendly art club, contact Kirsten Body via the Club's page on Facebook.
This was my second solo exhibition at the Whale and Dolphin Centre and was pleased to have sold two paintings and nice to know the commission goes to a good cause.

One of my paintings was included in this small exhibition in Glasgow at "Where People Sleep" Princes Street on 23rd November.
A collaboration of wonderful creative people shining art's light.
An interesting group show about “Human experiences reflect nature- birth, roots, growth, resilience, vulnerability, reproduction, death, all in a fleeting, absurd moment. As humans we are part of this cyclic pattern in nature, constantly growing, intertwining, adapting and healing along the way.”
Three of my "Connections" series were in the shop window at the beautiful Maggie Blyth boutique in Inverness.
I just love the amazing bohemian and artisan style fashion sold there. Simply beautiful niche clothing.
